About Costa
An Egyptian-born South African Greek.
In my previous life, I was a lawyer, diplomat at the UN in New York during the first Gulf War and restaurateur in Hout Bay, Cape Town. I represented South Africa at the United Nations in New York where I reported on the Iraq war in the Security Council and in the Nuclear Disarmament Committee. I am now happily a pavement philosopher, boulevardier, ethics advisor, writer and published author.
